 SALES BY MONTH

The 1st table shows SummerGrove monthly home sales for 2006 through YTD 2010 with annual totals and percent gains compared to the previous year.  2004, 2005, & 2006 had almost identical unit sales.  In 2008, 103 (65.6%) of the 157 homes sold were resales, up from 49.7% in 2007.  In 2009, resales accounted for 71.4% of total sales in SummerGrove. As of Jan 1, 2010 only 9 new homes remain for sale. The sales center closed in July '09. The real estate company that marketed SummerGrove, The Home Source, has gone out of business as of Jan 2011.

SALES BY PRICE

This table shows the annual unit sales for homes for 2006 through YTD 2010 for each designated price range with unit and percentage increases together with days on the market.  SummerGrove home sales continue to be predominately under $250,000 representing 72% of unit sales in 2010.  Of the 108 homes sold in 2010, the average sale price was $215,982 (down 13.0% from 2009).  Of the 108 homes sold in 2010, 75 (69.4%) were resales and 33 (30.6%) were new. Our current inventory of 118 homes for sale, representing a 13.1 months supply, has an average list price of $252,622
