 SALES BY MONTH

The 1st table shows SummerGrove monthly home sales for 2005 through YTD 2009 with annual totals and percent gains compared to the previous year.  2004, 2005, & 2006 had almost identical unit sales.  In 2007, only 138 (48.3%) of the 286 homes sold were resales, up from 34% in 2006.  In 2008, resales accounted for 65.6% of total sales in SummerGrove. 2009 will see SummerGrove built out. As of Oct 1, only 15 new homes remain for sale. The sales center closed in July '09

This table shows the annual unit sales for homes for 2005 through YTD 2009 for each designated price range with unit and percentage increases together with days on the market.  SummerGrove home sales continue to be predominately under $250,000 representing 54% of unit sales in the past 2 years.  Of the 157 homes sold in 2008, the average sale price is $266,647 (up 0.1% over 2007).  Of the 157 homes sold in 2008, 103 (65.6%) were resales and 54 (34.4%) were new. Our current inventory of 141 homes for sale, representing a 14.8 months supply, has an average list price of $262,129 and has been on the market for an average of 127 days
